Overview

Welcome to The Podiatry Voice Store. This store is operated by Daniels Distributions LLC DBA The Podiatry Voice. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of The Podiatry Voice Store. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of service and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Refund policy and Shipping policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Products and print-on-demand fulfillment

Made to order: All posters are print-on-demand products fulfilled by Gelato and its local print partners after you order. We do not hold finished inventory for most items.
Product images: Mockups and previews are illustrative. Minor differences in cropping, color, paper tone, and finish can occur in the printed product due to screen settings and print processes.
Descriptions: We work to describe sizes, materials, and framing options accurately. If a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Availability: We may discontinue products, change designs, or limit quantities at any time without notice.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices: Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change without notice. Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless we say so.
Payment: We accept payment methods enabled at checkout, including Shopify Payments and any digital wallets shown. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed or, if your provider requires authorization first, when the order is confirmed.
Taxes and duties: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless checkout explicitly states they are prepaid. You are responsible for those charges where your local law imposes them on the buyer.

Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

Order confirmation: An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. We accept your order when production begins or when we ship the item, whichever is earlier.
Our right to cancel: We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect address, product discontinuation, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.
Your cancellation: Because production typically begins quickly, you may request cancellation only until production starts. Contact us at thepodiatryvoice@gmail.com with your order number. Once an item is in production, the Refund policy controls.

Intel property and educational use

Store content: Designs, text, images, logos, and layout in this store are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from purchased posters or site content except for personal, noncommercial display.
No medical advice: Posters and store content are educational and informational only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek advice from a qualified health provider for medical decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, to interfere with site security, to submit false or misleading information, to scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable law, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access for violations.

Third-party services and links

We use third-party providers, including Shopify and Gelato, to operate the store and fulfill orders. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the store, you agree to that policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the claim elsewhere.
